The Collective Brilliance Experience program invites folks from all creative disciplines to engage with emergent strategy, evolutionary design and project management skills as they build out personal and community projects.

The eight-week series is a hands-on, playful space designed for members of the Sacramento creative community—artists, creatives, and changemakers—to explore new ideas, build connections, and receive peer support to build out their vision.

Session 5: Finding Your Why
Test your ideas and assumptions around your why with structured feedback in a supportive environment.

Session 6: Purpose to Practice
Create plans with five core elements: purpose, principles, participants, structures and practices.

Session 7: Make Connections
Map informal connections and share ideas and resources to help build out each other project plans and next steps.

Session 8: Peer Consulting and Celebrating Progress
Reflect on what you’ve accomplished, share your wins, and set goals for continued growth.
