Facilitation and applied improv for teams, communities, and humans trying to build better things together.
I design participatory experiences that help groups navigate complexity, build trust, and generate meaningful momentum — through facilitation, applied improv, strategy, and community-centered design.
What I Do
Most groups already have the intelligence they need.
They just need the conditions to access it.
Many teams struggle because people don’t feel safe, connected, or engaged enough to share them honestly.
My work combines facilitation, participatory structures, applied improv, and systems thinking to help groups move beyond surface-level conversation and into meaningful collaboration.
Participants leave feeling:
more connected
clearer on priorities
energized to take action
more comfortable contributing honestly
Meet the Instructor
Facilitator, improviser, strategist, and community builder based in Sacramento.
My work lives at the intersection of collaboration, curiosity, and human-centered design. I’ve spent over a decade helping groups navigate complexity through participatory facilitation, organizational development, and creative practice.
I believe people do their best thinking when they feel safe enough to make mistakes, playful enough to experiment, and connected enough to build together.
