What is the Collective Brilliance Experience?

Did you ever take an art class in school?

As soon as we started selecting classes in the 6th grade. I signed up for at least one art class each year until I graduated. The first five minutes were always students buzzing around, grabbing their clay pieces covered in damp paper towels and carefully sheathed in the plastic overwrap protecting them from a drab, dried out, back of the rack doom that the overnight air exposure threatened.

I remember my brain slowing down as my hands started to move over the sculpture, drawing, painting or collage. Suddenly, all the feelings and emotions in my body had a place to be. They weren’t just invited, they were the esteemed guests, welcomed with open arms. I developed deep relationships with peers outside of my social circles—instinctively talking through our different school, life and home challenges as we practiced bringing our creative ideas to fruition, 55 minutes each weekday.

The Collective Brilliance Experience

The Collective Brilliance Experience is like art class for adult projects. The eight-week series is a hands-on, playful space designed for you and your team—artists, creatives, and changemakers—who want to explore new ideas, build connections, and receive peer support to make your visions happen.

At the end of eight weeks, you’ll walk away with clearer goals, practical tools, and the confidence to take action. You'll build stronger networks, develop solid plans, and feel ready to take creative risks. This experience blends structured planning with creative play to make the process approachable and energizing. You’ll feel supported as you turn your ideas into real results, all while building community and having fun.

The course uses emergent strategy principles, evolutionary design principles and liberating structures to support a participant-centered environment throughout.
